Flooding Emergencies - Our staff is trained to not just extract water, but save contents and building materials wherever possible. We can employ techniques in some situations to salvage carpet, and dry walls and floors so thoroughly that minimal or no demolition is necessary. In all cases, we always leave your home or structure to dry-standard and strictly control the environment so that mold growth is almost impossible. Even if water damage has been present for several days, our highly-trained professionals can handle situations where mold has begun to grow or removal of materials is necessary.

Fire Emergencies - We understand that fire damage is a difficult event to deal with, but we are ready to assist you through the entire process of salvaging your contents & cleaning all affected surfaces. The sooner you call us, the better. (Please see our section on "Fire Damage" for more information.)
When You CALL
- At the time of your call we'll ask you for a description of your loss,
your contact information, and how many rooms in your structure are
affected. A crew will be dispatched out to your home immediately
if flooding has occurred.
Until we arrive, there are some things you can do to
ensure the safety of your precious and valuable items and help speed the
timetable of processing your claim:

Immediately move any wood or porous furniture from the floor. These items can be damaged easily, and may bleed stain onto your flooring if allowed to remain wet.

Make sure all of your personal items are off of the floors (especially pictures!) and begin to move any fragile or valuable items to a safe location.

Locate your insurance policy.

Above all, don't panic - we're on the way and you're in good hands!
Remember: Your insurance policy REQUIRES you to prevent any further damages immediately! This is known as "mitigation". By calling NextGen, you have fulfilled that obligation and prevented the insurance company from trying to make you responsible for a portion of your loss.
