NextGen Mold Remediation

What's the big deal with mold?  If you are suffering from headaches, nausea, and/or sinus infections, no, you are not out of your mind!  It definitely could be due to mold exposure.  Exposure to elevated levels of mold growth can produce a variety of health issues for you, your family or staff.  Additionally, your immune system may respond entirely different than others in your household or workplace.

Now, imagine a fruit tree in a hurricane....Got that picture?  Well, if you disturb mold without a controlled containment, millions, and possibly billions of spores can be released into the air.  If you see the evidence of mold growth, do not remove the contaminated materials or the problem could become much larger.  We don't want that!

That's why we take the removal of mold very seriously....

What's the NextGen Mold Removal Process? Through the use of a powerful new innovation, mold removal is now quick, thorough, and costs a fraction of what traditional mold remediation costs.  We do not attempt to encapsulate mold or only remove it's presence from visible surfaces, but we completely render it harmless throughout the structure.  Our mold product was produced for the US government to neutralize chemical and biological weapons such as anthrax.  This amazing system kills the mold spore AND denatures the mycotoxin.  While we still can perform traditional mold remediation, we are finding it seldom necessary.

Pictured is an extensive mold infestation that was hidden behind kitchen cabinets.

how long does it take?  While traditional mold remediation used to take weeks, our NextGen Process can be done in days.

WHY SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE?  Traditional Mold Remediation requires complex procedures.  Negative-pressure containments must be erected, all affected porous and non-structural semi-porous materials be removed, and all remaining surfaces must be hand-cleaned or media-blasted.  Does it sound exhausting?  It is!  This process creates significant demolition, waste and labor hours.  Our NextGen Process leaves almost all of these materials in place.  The project is much shorter, requires much less manpower and we pass the savings on to YOU.....

Does bleach, ozone, or paint work?  Many companies, contractors and insurers may attempt to use substances such as household bleach, ozone, or paint.  Not only are many of these products toxic, but they are ineffective at killing the mold on the type of materials found in your house.  They also cannot penetrate building materials.  And worse, they leave behind the mycotoxin secretion that produces the toxigenic and allergenic effects which is the cause of harmful symptoms.  Additionally, painting exterior stud cavities to encapsulate the mold can change the way your structure is designed to breath and can create WORSE issues for you in the future.

why Follow Standards? Standards are important to maintain a safe environment for our crews & the homeowner alike.  With practices and procedures based upon the IICRC's S520 Standard for Professional Mold Remediation, we take great care to remove the source of contamination in a structure only when it is truly necessary.

Can you prove to me that the mold is gone? We provide INDEPENDENT, 3rd party, documentation that your structure was not cross-contaminated and has been returned to a safe living environment through an Indoor Environmental Professional. This individual, hired from an outside firm, will use the appropriate testing procedures for your structure, ensuring your health, safety and protecting the value of your structure.
