We do not attempt to encapsulate mold or only remove it's presence from visible surfaces, but we completely render it harmless throughout the structure. Our mold product was produced for the US government to neutralize chemical and biological weapons such as anthrax. This amazing system kills the mold spore AND denatures the mycotoxin. While we still can perform traditional mold remediation, we are finding it seldom necessary.

WHY SO MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE? Traditional Mold Remediation requires complex procedures. Negative-pressure containments must be erected, all affected porous and non-structural semi-porous materials be removed, and all remaining surfaces must be hand-cleaned or media-blasted.
